Refund Policy

At HerbPantry, we take great pride in the quality of our freshly-made products and aim to deliver our pizzas hot and on time. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be granted, and how to initiate a refund request.

Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer service team at +39 06 1234 5678. If the cancellation is accepted, we will refund the full amount in € to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Quality Issue

We stand by the quality of our pizzas. If you find your order to be unsatisfactory due to quality issues, such as undercooked, overcooked, or incorrect toppings, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. Provide a photo and a brief description of the issue to +39 06 1234 5678 for verification purposes. If your claim is validated, we will offer a choice between a full refund or a replacement order.

Delivery Issues

If your delivery arrives late by more than 30 minutes, or if it never arrives due to an error on our part, please let us know. Contact us at +39 06 1234 5678 with your order details. After verifying the issue, we will issue a full refund or provide an option for a replacement.

Incorrect Order

Refund Processing Time

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval of the refund request. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment in €.

Non-refundable Items

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on any food items that have been fully consumed or discarded. Requests for refunds and returns must be accompanied by the original order receipt as proof of purchase.
