'HerbPantry's origins trace back to a small aspiration: introducing true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop originated as a humble, family-managed venue boasting recipes passed through generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered her pizza crafting skills by exploring Italy and training with Neapolitan pizza experts. After coming back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, emphasizing traditional techniques and superior ingredients.
Our journey began with a simple 12-seat eatery but has expanded to become a cherished community fixture, all the while maintaining our dedication to excellence and authenticity. Our methods stay rooted in legacy, with our dough prepared freshly every day and top-notch ingredients being a staple.
Presently, 'HerbPantry is still under the care of the Rossi lineage, with a new generation at the helm, fostering a team filled with enthusiasm. Despite embracing innovation, the soul of our trade endures: serving delightful, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
